Booking, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

I aim to provide a calm, professional, and considered experience for every bride. The following policy exists to protect both the quality of the service and the time reserved for each appointment.

  1. Booking Your Appointment

    All 180 minute in person Bridal Styling Masterclass appointments are booked and paid for in advance. Each booking reserves a dedicated 180 minute in person session and includes preparation time prior to your visit. Once booked, this time is removed from availability and cannot be offered to other clients.

  2. Non-Refundable Appointments

    All appointments are non-refundable once booked. This service is time specific and personalised. Preparation begins once an appointment
    is confirmed, and the allocated time is held exclusively for you. For this reason, refunds cannot be offered in the event of cancellation or non attendance.

  3. Rescheduling

    I understand that plans can occasionally change. One reschedule may be offered at my discretion, provided a minimum of 14 days’ notice is given.

    • Appointments may only be rescheduled once.
    • Rescheduling requests made with less than 14 days’ notice may not be accommodated and will result in the appointment being forfeited.
  4. Cancellations & No-Shows

    Cancellations, late cancellations, or failure to attend an appointment will result in the loss of the appointment fee. These appointments are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

  5. Changes Made by Me

    In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

    • A full refund, or
    • An alternative appointment date at no additional cost

    By booking an appointment via Calendly, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking, Rescheduling & Refund Policy.
